A provider of customer engagement services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales
Identifying additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Current Property and Casualty insurance license
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum
Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
Strong customer service orientation
