Description Robert Half HR Practice- Permanent Placement is partnering with our client to hire their next Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This is a newly created position for the Human Resources team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment, drive the day-to-day activity to grow their frontline recruitment pipeline and build their presence within the community.

This role will collaborate closely with the Human Resource Generalists and Business Partners, ensuring a smooth experience from learning about the company to application through onboarding.

Responsiblities:+ Complete daily recruitment emails, messages and phone calls to continuously build a robust recruitment pipeline+ Develop and execute a recruiting calendar of events: career fairs, community engagement events, open houses, etc.+ Nurture relationships local employment offices, staffing agencies, schools and universities+ Complete monthly visits to local establishments, promoting... employment opportunities+ Promote and grow the internal team member referral program+ Assist with social media recruitment initiatives and ensure that the content on career websites is accurate and updated+ Prepare job postings, advertisements, flyers, etc.

for identified open positions + Assist hiring managers with job scorecard creation and thoroughly review for comprehensive understanding of the role, requirements, and ideal candidate+ Update Recruiting (ATS) consistently with all applicant information and move candidates through workflow timely+ Conduct screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and team fit.

Recommend qualified candidates to continue through the interview process+ Schedule and coordinate interviews+ Continually search for responsible and innovative ways to improve sourcing and selection methods+ Execute other various projects related to recruiting, people operations or other areas as requestedEducation and Experience:+ B.S.
