Training Content Developer/Facilitator

FM:Systems, a leading provider of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and the top performer in space management and workplace services software, is seeking a Trainer/Training Content Developer to develop and deliver on-demand or instructor-led, remote or on-site, learning solutions and eLearning courses for client implementations. We are looking for a person who is an expert at designing training course materials and revising materials for each audience. This role is based out of our corporate HQ in Raleigh, NC.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Create training content including templates... graphics, audio/visual materials, activity guides, and other classroom materials for clients
• Update and maintain training material to include new products or software
• Collaborate and coordinate with Product Managers and subject-matter experts
• Deliver training sessions onsite, online, or on-demand
• Apply instructional design theory and utilize instructional technology tools to enhance learning and ensure that design and delivery are consistent with identified learning goals/objectives

The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent in education and experience
• 3-7 years of training experience, specifically video/on-demand training and web-based, remote training
• Strong communication, listening, and writing skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team member on complex projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Hype-V, IIS, and Expression a plus
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS applications, AutoCAD and/or Revit a plus
• Experience with software including Camtasia, Snagit, MS Visio a plus
• Ability to travel up to 20% - domestically and internationally
