SummaryAs a UX/UI designer is part of a digital product team and collaborates on all levels of discovery, design and delivery processes. They design, develop and test digital products are designed, both functionally and aesthetically, and play an active role in feedback and iteration throughout the product life cycle. This role will simultaneously bring to life a blank canvas while also diving into User Experience and Design details of new experiences.**We are open to candidates working remotely anywhere across the United States.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities and Duties Create world-class, user-centered designs based on research, business needs, analytics & user feedback in an agile environment.Demonstrate experience at participating in white-boarding sessions, design thinking and story mapping exercises.Design UX and interaction flows of responsive web and mobile experiences.Develop conceptual sketches, visual mockups, navigation flows, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive... prototypes to form and communicate design ideas. Participate in user testing to gauge the usability of new and existing products.Develop interactive prototypes (ranging from low- to high-fidelity with interactions and visual design) and iterate based on user insight and stakeholder/user feedback.Demonstrate strong visual design skills and careful attention to detail in delivering on-brand, high quality, development-ready responsive UI designs for web and mobile platforms.Evolve and develop UI Kits, atomic design systems, and corresponding specifications and documentation.Partner with the cross-functional teams to assess and optimize new and existing features and page templates. Give and receive feedback generously, advocate for quality, learn new tools and processes, grow your craft in new ways, and stay up to date on UX/UI best practices.Present your concepts and designs, come with a point of view, and be able to communicate your vision, ideas, process, and decisions.Job Qualifications Portfolio of work samples that expresses your design work and original approaches to the challenges. Applications without portfolios will not be considered.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related fields. 1+ years of experience as an interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar roles.Expert level proficiency with UX design-related software and tools (e.g., Figma, Bohemian Coding Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite etc.). Strong visual design skills including typography, animation, iconography, color and composition. Experience in atomic design systems, pattern library. Experience designing for web, tablet and mobile devices.Knowledge of contemporary design and development methodologies is a plus.Must have excellent User Experience and Interaction Design skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely through visual specifications.
