SBA Customer Service Representative - Work from Home
Start Date : Tuesday September 7th, 2021
Training : 6 weeks long, an 8-hour shift between 6am to 6pm MT, Monday to Friday - must have open availabilty during this time frame
Shift after training : An 8-hour shift between 6am to 6pm MT, Monday to Friday - must have open availabilty during this time frame
No weekends!!
Must be able to attend onsite orientation on Tuesday September 7th, 2021 located at : 777 S Sable Blvd, Aurora, CO 80012

What you'll be doing:

  • Consult with internal and external customers in resolving issues that affect our customers
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and accurately before and after they contact us
  • Provide exceptional service, while helping customers meet all of their business needs
  • Apply active listening skills to quickly filter through complex

    Qualifications :
    What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
  • Previous (0-2 years) customer service experience required
  • Ability to work from home, distraction free (requires high speed internet, designated office space)
  • Ability to set up work from home station and perform basic equipment troubleshooting
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 6 am through 6 pm Mountain Time, Monday-Friday
  • Availability to attend training as follows. Training starts 9/7/21:
    o Onsite orientation 9/7 held at: 777 S Sable Blvd., Aurora, CO 80012
    o Three weeks of classroom learning
    o Three weeks of on-the-job-learning
    What's needed - Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous work from home experience an asset
  • At least two years of Customer Service experience, ideally a contact center or business-to-business environment
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attendance record
  • Ability and willingness to flex to take on new challenges and meet or exceed goals
  • Experience using multiple systems such as:
    o Order management systems (OMS), particularly AS400
    o Knowledge management database
    o CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
    o Contact Center technology, including email, chat and ACD
