Web Analytics Team Project Management
Manage daily stand-up (send out a brief agenda at the end of the day before, or first thing in the morning before, document what was discussed during the meeting in a running notes doc,
Help the team set up meetings to resolve blockers/ take next steps on initiatives before it may be clear who will step up and "own" the item.)
Follow-up on blockers/ any discussions that were started and never had a resolution.
Manage Air table including assigning inbound requests to the right team members and make sure team members document their work/progress.
Maintain collection of analytic questions from senior leadership so we can prioritize and address them
Address any concerns the team has/ serve as an advocate for resolving any issues, getting support/ forming partnerships with other teams to achieve common goals, etc.
Ad-hoc journey analysis and journey optimization recommendations using Content Square which... includes: (NOTE: Backfill will have assistance from another staff member)
Maintenance of Content Square mappings to facilitate the diagnostics needed.
Serve as Content Square domain expert to facilitate other's use of it as needed: answer any questions/ maintain the #content-square-users Slack channel.
Facilitate technical updates/ fixes that may be needed within Content Square/ linkage to GA, etc.
Other analytics projects/ clean-up projects:
Help drive the Lead Source field in SFDC clean-up/ standardization project.
Field questions from other team leaders re: inconsistencies in data and help to answer/ educate them and their team members as to why that might be/ suggest next steps for their team members to take in order to see more clean data in our reporting/ dashboards.
Personalization tracking via Content Square with Demand Base connection - Work with Steve to help drive the FY22 Personalization effort within Content Square (early stages.)
Monthly Web Analytics Report – Produce and provide insights based on the results as well as proactively monitor for issues so they can be addressed before they get out of hand.
