Lead BackEnd Architect / AWS and Node / Entertainment

Quickly becoming one of the leading free streaming companies in the United States, this company delivers a vast array of live channels (over 100) and hundreds, if not thousands of popular movies and TV shows at your fingertips. Streaming to over 40 million, the channels provided include every category imaginable, and then some- lifestyle, news, movies, reality, etc.

Based in Hollywood, CA, the company’s engineering team is seeking to add a Lead BackEnd Architect to the group. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AWS experience and senior-level BackEnd experience with either Node or Golang. The project involves developing backend APIs and various microservices for the client-side applications, with the overall goal being to help the platform expand its breadth to more users and devices in the next year.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional, software experience
• Golang or Node experience (ideally 5+ years)
• Advanced knowledge of serverless AWS

Desired Skills ... Experience

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Ability to test and de-bug
• Strong communication skills
