A company in the commercial banking industry is looking to hire a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Tempe, AZ. Through constant innovation and staying up to date on industry trends, their mission is to support the financing and funding of technology startups.
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects related to the financial domain, perform hands-on development, and lead an Agile team of junior engineers building world class payment platforms. They are looking to hire individuals with a strong Java/JavaScript background, a passion for learning new technologies, and the ability to mentor and provide leadership.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role and will start remote, with further remote flexibility available. Interested candidates must be able to work on a W-2 basis and ideally have some interest in converting to a direct hire employee.
