Senior Fullstack Ruby/Rails Engineer

They’ve acquired a large return platform in the past year, which boosts your customers spending power and protects your business from all vectors of fraud, policy abuse and returns risk. They leverage our Machine Learning, global returns network and automation technologies to help you create competitive advantage from product returns.

They are looking for a Senior Fullstack Ruby/Rails Engineer to join their SF team but they have a remote first hiring culture with offices in SF, Chicago, & Spain. They have a Kanban style work culture with weekly check-ins v daily stand-ups. These apps interact with both internal and external services to complete some of their tasks. They do continuous integration, and have personal QA environments that launch on demand for any branch in a production-like environment with most integrations available just as production.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional, software experience
• Rails, RSpec, Sidekiq, Webpacker and React/Redux
• Experience scaling applications
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field

• Blockchain experience
• Building growth experiments or A/B tests
• Experience building financial, high reliability systems
• Being part of startups or company’s rapid growth
