A real estate technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Management Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Long and short term forecasting to ensure we meet service level agreement
Providing daily tactical guidance such as report creation and intraday staffing plans
Working on strategic initiatives to improve processes, help scale, enhance customer experience
Required Skills:
5 years of professional work experience, 2 of which have been customer facing
In-depth understanding of WFM concepts such as occupancy rate, adherence, shrinkage
Strong understanding of traditional customer service KPIs
Expertise in WFM scheduling and forecasting systems and tools
Expertise in creating long and short term forecasts
