What is Title & Escrow at OS National LLC?

OS National LLC is a title & escrow company that focuses on providing boutique service on a national platform. Our delivery solutions include a full complement of origination and default services directed at leading national mortgage originators and servicers. We offer a centralized, single point of contact which creates efficiency throughout our process and reduces operating costs for everyone involved.

Currently, we have a need for a Compensation Consultant. The role is responsible for the analysis, administration, and communication in support of all... compensation programs. Serves as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for these programs. Administers and supports the total rewards team for all programs to ensure consistency and competitiveness to achieve the organization’s goal to attract, identify, develop, and retain a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Apply business knowledge and total rewards expertise to lead the development of total compensation philosophy and framework, encompassing base compensation and variable compensation.

  • Evaluate existing compensation plans and develop new compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Provide advice and counsel regarding compensation issues, working within the People team and the business.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition in the recruiting efforts providing compensation guidance.
  • Maintain job descriptions, job codes, pay and leveling structures, working closely with HRIS and other People teams.
  • Complete job evaluations and internal equity reviews. Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
  • Act as an analytic resource supporting the review of program effectiveness and modeling potential program changes.
  • Manage participation in annual compensation surveys and oversee the analysis of compensation survey responses.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal employment regulations.
  • May lead ad-hoc, broad-based compensation-related projects, and other People department initiatives.

Competencies:

Analysis & modeling of data in excel/other tools and development of communication materials to a variety of audiences from senior leadership to Total Rewards practitioners is a must.

  • Willingness to invest in building strong relationships quickly and the ability to operate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail; able to handle confidential information
  • Resourcefulness, pragmatism, and roll-up the sleeves mentality
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills. Ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them internally and externally
  • Strategic vision— ability to see where the business is headed and develop programs proactively
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and work efficiently to see the work through to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving capability and analytical abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in an associated field, SHRM-CP or SHRM - SCP a Plus

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with compensation programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems
  • Experience building and delivering programs from the ground up in a growing organization
  • Multi-state experience is a plus

Location Requirement: Must be located in one of the following states:

AZ, CO, FL,GA, IN, MI, MN, MO, NV, NC, SC, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV.
