Job Summary:
The Proposal Management Graphic Designer is responsible for creative design from concept to release to be delivered in multiple media formats related to proposal responses.
Essential Functions:
Create effective, engaging collateral: various stakeholder business needs, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, promotional products, and other materials for proposal response communication needs
Create graphics for use in proposal responses and all related materials
Build and support files that may be translated into multiple languages
Accurately implement changes, updates or corrections to materials
Manage all electronic and hard copy archives of collateral, photos and other materials
Serve as a subject matter expert for the brand standards and logo usage
Prepare materials for print and support production process, as needed
Understand various audiences and adapt design to suit their needs
Work closely with supervisor and design team to manage workload
Adapt... materials by leveraging agency advertising campaigns to maintain brand consistency
Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
Associates degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in graphic design is required
Experience working in marketing, advertising, corporate communication departments or agency environment is required
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and FTP file transfer
Efficiently and effectively build press-ready files for print marketing collateral
Able to expeditiously execute new concepts and designs
Stays current with trends in design, style, and color
Quick-thinking and flexible to changing priorities
Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strict attention to detail with strong organization, file-organization, and archiving skills
Critical listening and thinking skills
Time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment
Decision making/problem solving skills
Photography and video experience a plus
