Job Description

We are seeking 2 Technical Service Representatives to work with us. This is a work from home position but this... role will be required to travel domestically up to 50%. It is preferred that this person live in PA/OH area but will cover customers nationally. As a Tech Service Representative you will be responsible for:

• Perform Technical Service in local Lab or at customer locations
• Perform color matches
• Manufacture and QC batches on-site at customer locations
• Inventory management and record-keeping
• Housekeeping, purchasing and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must be able to pass a color vision test
• Have the ability and willingness to travel
• Be able to match colors effectively
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Effectively communicate with peers and customers
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently2
• Flexographic ink knowledgeFlexographic ink knowledge,

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Spectrophotometer knowledge & Experience helpful
• SAP experience and proficient with Microsoft Suite programs.
• 3-5 years in the ink industry and experience in commercial printing
