Quick Job Overview OuterBox is looking for full-time SEO Strategists with hands-on SEO experience. You'll be working to create SEO strategies, recommend website updates to increase traffic, conversions and more that are all geared towards increasing online sales and leads for our clients. You'll be responsible for client success and will have a team of SEO Specialists and a Content Team behind you who will assist you in implementing your monthly strategies. Core Job Responsibilities Assure that the basic elements of SEO optimization are all present on the web pages. Develop SEO strategies that drive traffic and ROI for our clients. Conduct research and analysis on clients' industries and results to develop sound recommendations for improvement. Adapt strategies and plans as needed to attain results. Create monthly reporting for clients (OuterBox actions taken/work performed, keyword rankings, conversions, etc.) and publish to clients within a given deadline. Assign tasks to a team of SEO Specialists and Content Writers that are in line with your strategy and the campaign's goals. Work collaboratively within the marketing department as well as other OuterBox teams to achieve the clients' goals within the scope of search engine marketing and advertising. Execute SEO tactics on client sites on a variety of platforms including WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, HTML via FTP, Shopify, and more. Skill Requirements: 2+ years' experience in SEO REQUIRED. 1+ year in a client-facing role REQUIRED . Understanding of best practice for SEO. Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills. Writing skills are a must! In-depth knowledge of various marketing tools to perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and other search marketing activities. Google Analytics Certification. Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS. Proficiency with Google Suites, specifically Docs and Sheets. Working knowledge of Google AdWords a plus (but not required as this position is SEO focused). Benefits: Life at OuterBox is great!
