ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibility is to handle requests and provide customer service, guidance, and support for hearing care products and/or programs.
  • Completes investigations and resolves semi-complex problems.
  • Coordinates activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Supports order tracking, price quoting and scheduling for orders and requests. Identifies, recommends, and helps sell products and/or programs.
  • May process invoices, orders and specialize in specific accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2... years' experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Database applications
  • Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications
  • Ability to process high volume data entry
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment
  • Basic or advanced written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely
  • Experience interacting with customers/clients
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability/willingness to learn

Pay: $17/hr + commission structure
