We have an opening for a Customer Support Intern. This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in the United States. If you think you have the aptitude for technical support roles, we are interested in speaking with you. As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist end users with Tier 1 technical support mainly around Microsoft Windows, Office and Microsoft 365. All training is provided. This is your opportunity to:

Requirements

  • Student is recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and graduating in 2021 or 2022
  • Has good English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Is self-managed, organized and technically curious
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
  • Works well in a diverse/global team environment
