The Web Designer & Creative Video Designer is charged with design, development and virtualization of Working Solutions' agent curriculum and communication tools. This position involves designing educational courses, tools, materials, communications and user interfaces for use in the education and development of contracted virtual agents as well as corporate employee teams and processes. This is a remote position.BASIC FUNCTION**To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NE, OH, TN, TX, WI. Design creative and engaging learning solutions targeted at contracted agents, employees or clients of the organization. Design interactive videos and/or simulations using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, and Storyline. Collaborate with a team of educators and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and thorough. Work with the Creative Director to retain aesthetic cohesion according to brand... guidelines. Utilize multiple formats, including print, audio, visual and multimedia, selecting the appropriate format for the target audience or content. Evaluate the results of education programs and modify materials to better meet goals. Assist internal teams in development of tools and communications that are engaging, creative, and clean and simple to understand. RequirementsMust be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment Experience with multimedia and web design technologies including: HTML, CSS, Storyline, Articulate, Photoshop, Camtasia, video conferencing and webinar technologies. Web and graphic design experience with a strong balance of technical skill and artistic ability. Minimum of 3 years demonstrated proficiency designing and deploying digital learning and communications materials using real-time technology. Moderate understanding of user interface design, SCORM and other usability standards, delivery systems and processes as well as industry best practices. Knowledge of interface layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & current web trends. Must be accustomed to managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Experience with curriculum design, an education degree or teaching certificate are beneficial, but not required. Web designs within an LMS, such as Canvas, preferred. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledgeable and functional in technical writing, including consistent and correct use of tense, grammar/spelling and terminology that is interesting and varied. Good organizational and time management skills; ability to be flexible and solve problems. Certificate in instructional technology or other learning disciplines helpful. Strong proof-reading skills to produce error-free documents. Ability to communicate through verbal and written means with individuals, teams and in front of large audiences at all levels of the organization. Knowledgeable and experienced in applying adult learning principles.
