Freelance Brand Strategy Manager

We are a global consultancy helping clients find better ways to grow by focusing on relevant brand and customer experiences, riving accelerated growth strategies, and leveraging digital as a transformative force in their business.

Example projects include, but are not limited to: positioning and narratives, value propositions, digital transformation strategy, employee value propositions, leadership strategy, growth & marketing campaigns

We are looking for contract brand strategy consultants to help support:

• Development and activation of new brand strategy and expression
• Craft optimal architecture for client and determine migration paths
• Understand the importance of visual and verbal identity and drive the work forward with the design/verbal teams
• Shape strategy to position client as employer/vender of choice moving forward
• Build brand rollouts
• Develop internal and external launch plans
• Define roadmaps and KPIs for measurement plans

Key skills required:

• Core... consulting skills - research, data analysis, synthesis, storytelling, and strong communication skills
• Must have strong power point and excel skills
• Management experience to help drive the project and processes, as well as quality control deliverables, and develop the content
• Must be able to work independently and with a team - willingness to roll up sleeves and develop deliverables alongside team members
• Minimum 30 hrs/wk, 50 hrs/wk is ideal
