About The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to be an early crew member at a growth-stage company led by some of the most seasoned and successful leaders in the real estate and... travel space. As Transaction Coordinator you will provide critical support for the transactions inherent to the disposition of luxury single family homes. Being a member of a small team, you’ll enjoy thinking broadly and strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct impact on the company’s results.

We seek an intelligent, organized and energetic individual to provide overarching support for the transactions inherent to the disposition process. This new crew member will have the ability to play a key role in developing transactional support procedures and policies for a fast-growing real estate investment company. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an early stage single family REIT. Real estate background in addition to familiarity with Salesforce software is a must.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare transaction documents in connection with real estate disposition closings. This includes tracking and ensuring all dispositions are closing in a timely manner
  • Obtain documents for financing.
  • Assist with legal compliance efforts for operations under different city and state jurisdictions.
  • Perform various projects as may be assigned, depending on the needs of the company.
  • Assist in the dispersal of commissions
  • Maintain detailed records of deposits and closing funds, and report this data to leadership teams as needed
  • Maintain a high level of communication with our Buyers, with a keen eye for customer service in all interactions
  • Facilitate the transition from Buyer to Owner, ensuring a world-class experience

You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to readily interpret and summarize legal documents is required.
  • Detail-oriented, with proven organizational, research, and strong computer skills
  • Proven expertise in building processes and procedures required
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, fast growth environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • Experience in real estate, legal, or title company environments is required
  • Experience in Salesforce, DocuSign and Google Suite is a must
  • Experience dealing with sensitive personal information with a high level of confidentiality
