About The Opportunity

As Transaction Coordinator you will provide critical support for the transactions inherent to the disposition of luxury single family homes. Being a member of a small team, you’ll enjoy thinking broadly and strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct impact on the company’s results.
We seek an intelligent, organized and energetic individual to provide overarching support for the transactions inherent to the disposition process. This new crew member will have the ability to play a key role in developing transactional support procedures and policies for a fast-growing real estate investment company. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an early stage single family REIT. Real estate background in addition to familiarity with Salesforce software is a must.
