Job Details

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify all repairs to be completed before each closing, effectively track the status of each item, research questions and follow-up with the borrower to ensure all work has been completed and is invoiced correctly
  • Prepare the submission packages for HUD, submit and follow-up until approval is received
  • Assist in maintaining Salesforce information and reconciliations as loans close

Experience, Skills And Abilities Required

  • Prior repair and inspection experience preferred; construction background is beneficial
  • Knowledge of multifamily real estate, specifically FHA is helpful
  • Outstanding verbal communications; proven ability to interact with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains communication with the team
