FMG is seeking a motivated Senior Instructional Designer (eLearning Task Lead). We are open to full time remote, candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.
This position collaborates with a multi-discipline team to strategize, design and implement learning and development products and services. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate multiple inputs from stakeholders and can serve as the final quality check for highly visible training deliverables including storyboards, eLearning, and supporting materials. This role will be the primary liaison with the client L&D point of contact and will have frequent engagement with client senior-level leadership. This role requires a skilled communicator who is comfortable facilitating meetings, navigating different stakeholder priorities, communicating up and down the organization and driving tasks to completion on-time and at a high level of quality.
