Overview

Quest software is seeking a reliable and energetic Training Administrator to support our Sales Enablement unit, responsible for ensuring the highest levels of performance for our global sales team. The administrator ensures smooth running of our sales enablement programs and contributes in driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized and loves ensuring that our sales teams are taken care of and given the best possible training experience at all times. It is critical that you are self-motivated and can organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail is a must for this role to ensure all training is scheduled and tracked for the sales team at Quest.

Responsibilities

Your role is to help the rest of the staff work efficiently to design and deliver our sales training programs.

  • Set up classes using a mix of Excel and a Learning Management System (SAP Litmos)
  • Manage agendas, registration, and... tracking of training for the sales teams
  • Communicate the training calendar and liaise with leadership to ensure people register
  • Respond to attendees with questions about programs
  • Create and update training records (e.g., completions, certifications)
  • Ensure budgeting procedures and provide support to vendor relationships
  • Ensures training collateral is properly tracked, versioned, and available to all students for all programs
  • Coordinate sales enablement activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to enablement policies
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary and support the Director of Global Sales Enablement with administrative needs as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • 4+ years proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, program manager or relevant role
  • Experience managing training
  • Experience administering training in a Learning Management System is an asset
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage many details and programs simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
