What you will be doing
You will be selling to new name accounts in the Alternatives Financial Services industry for Private Equity, using your deep industry knowledge and knowledge of all of our software and services. This is an exciting opportunity to sell multi-functional software solutions and... services; a pure hunting role. You will be assigned a defined territory of 200-300 accounts with referral opportunities into all other FIS businesses.
Key performance indicators and responsibilities:
Territory engagement and activity measured quarterly Pipeline development and management Sales performance and quota achievement Account profiling and content development
What you bring:
A successful private equity new sales candidate must have a highly dynamic work ethic with strong relationship and negotiation skills. You are responsible for owning the client relationship at the C-level, creating opportunities within assigned territory. Strong motivation and software/technology acumen is paramount. Ability to showcase a proven track record of successful selling.
Utilize strong lead generation capabilities to successfully penetrate client at all levels of organization through and including C-suite Adjust sales approach and strategy accordingly to various client drivers to solidify role as customer advocate Incorporate customer perspective, drivers, product/service relevancy to deliver persuasive client presentations
FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Advanced professional role. Distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in sales. Viewed as an expert in the field. May have a leadership role. Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Has expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products. Assigned to large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts. May have a leadership role. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Typically requires eight to twelve years field sales experience.
Demonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing those features/benefits of relevant FIS software, service offerings which meet specific customer’ needs Must have excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills in order to perform as a world class customer advocate Willing to travel minimum 30%
