We are looking for a Mid Market Sales Manager. You will lead a team of Account Executives and ensure they can deliver against aggressive revenue targets. You will inherit a group of humble, driven, and curious sellers and continue to grow the team in 2021. The ideal candidate loves building teams and processes that enable reps to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
Extreme Ownership: Own and exceed your teams sales targets
Process oriented: You make it easy for reps to do the right thing by default.
Coaching... You make a habit of listening to sales calls daily and provide detailed feedback.
Forecasting: You know the ins and outs of every strategic deal and have the ability to determine the risks associated with each one.
Data-Driven: "Gut feel" is not going to cut it. You're not afraid to dive into the numbers and confirm your intuitions with data.
Radical Candor: You praise publicly and provide constructive, actionable feedback in private. You understand each team member's goals and construct a realistic plan for them to succeed.
Transparency: You do your best to involve your team in key decisions and ensure everyone has a clear understanding of the process.
Experience
2+ years of experience in building and leading a team of account executives at a high-growth startup.
At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive with an annual quota greater than $1MM.
