Instawork is looking for a data-driven, intelligent and driven professional to join our team as a Mid-Enterprise Area Sales Manager. While leading a team of our AEs and Senior AEs, you will help to drive new business acquisition and expand our customer base. This is a high-energy sales leadership role requiring proven sales ability and experience motivating teams to achieve excellence, while helping to close high profile deals and growing accounts. Your goal is to create more raving fanatics of Instawork and ensure that we become the staffing and hiring solution of choice for our partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Enable the team to win business and navigate complex organizations and negotiations
-Onboard and ramp new Account Executives and accelerate their ability to be productive
-A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
