The primary role of the Project Manager (PM) is to own the full project lifecycle from client... intake to postmortem. This role will encompass tasks such as project scheduling, budget management, resource allocation, billing ownership, client relations and campaign delivery. A successful PM will work alongside all team members to ensure projects are delivering against KPIs and continuously monitor project health via resourcing, profitability, and burn rates. The PM is committed to delivering exceptional project work over and over.

What you will do

  • Day-to-day execution and management of multiple accounts, maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Work closely with client engagement, strategy and delivery teams to architect solutions that best meet client requirements and ensure delivery is on spec, on time, and on budget
  • Experience, desire, and comfort being client facing
  • Keep internal teams on track by facilitating communication and project deadlines across multiple departments
  • Utilize web-based project management system to effectively communicate schedules, resources, estimates and budgets, and relevant project information
  • Support Assistant Project Managers with growth within their role
  • Proactively drive conversations with Program Manager and PM Director to develop, challenge, and analyze processes for continuous refinement
  • Identify risks and resolve/mitigate wherever possible, escalating when needed and assisting the team in resolution

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of project management or account management or equivalent work in a marketing/advertising agency a must
  • Strong experience with PM tools
  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools with the drive to become an expert
  • Ability to provide proactive and assertive campaign management in problem solving, managing financial success of projects, maintaining timelines, and reducing churn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to resolve conflict within their assigned projects
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience working within an integrated agency is a must
