Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Participate in full life cycle recruiting
Manage temp hires and conversions
Partner with hiring managers and determine sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Required Skills:

BA or BS Bachelor's degree required or HR certificate
Proven experience sourcing and filling hard to fill technical and corporate positions
Proficient in using ATS systems
Experience with team interview scheduling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience running and managing onboarding tasks
