What you'll do:
- Partner with managers to provide full life-cycle recruiting for roles across all client services and success functions
- Proactively build pipeline for critical roles and functions
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience through every stage of recruiting process
- Provide coaching to internal teams and managers on the sourcing, selection, and hiring process
- Drive employee referral program participation
- Be a Jobvite product expert and evangelist for our product suite, recruiting... industry, and candidate experience
- Manage additional projects as assigned
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years lifecycle corporate recruiting experience; preferably in SaaS, start-up, consulting, or similar environment
- Experience filling customer success, support and consulting positions
- Proven ability to develop and deliver on a sourcing strategy that results in hires from sources beyond organic job applications
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders up to executive level
- Consultative approach to driving process, efficiency, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive results in a small team by contributing to recruiting team as a whole— sourcing/CRM, interviewing, scheduling, process automation, reporting, employer brand and marketing, project management, etc.
