OneSpan is looking for a Sourcing and Resource specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Montreal. This will be a 6 months contract to start with.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use... of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques
Professionally reach out and engage with prospective candidates, ensuring timelines for responsiveness are met.
Utilize our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions.
Build a robust and diverse pipeline through resume screening, sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor' s degree
Ability to deliver results with no supervision and execute on multiple projects.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace the unknown, and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
Data driven and analytical mindset.
Solid research skills.
Familiarity with common online tools (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
Familiarity with Boolean searching is a plus
