Data teams can resolve data quality incidents before the business is impacted — building trust in the data and the data team.

The Work

As a successful... Bigeye recruiter, you'll be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Bigeye. We’re looking for the ultimate utility player who will be a trusted adviser and consultant to our business leaders. You'll build on and implement best practices, influence hiring leaders, integrate our values into the recruiting process, and execute on goals to scale exceptional technical talent organizations. Reporting to the Director of People Operations you will help define and develop strategic hiring plans to recruit top tier talent with a diverse range of experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process including talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation and acceptance
  • Help manifest Bigeye’s mission by developing effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for future and current needs
  • Strategically partner with hiring teams to set expectations that lead to quality hires
  • Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies
  • Comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
  • Defend and raise the high bar we set for our interview process integrity and candidate experience.
  • Be knowledgeable about all things Bigeye and be a brand ambassador

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of Recruiting experience in both agency/in-house settings
  • Experience recruiting in both Technical and Non-Technical roles
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Experience developing and refining interview processes and candidate engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative and build productive relationships with cross functional teams
