Job Summary

At COVID Clinic our patient facing operational staff is the backbone of our organization. The Curriculum Designer is responsible for providing curriculum and instructional evaluation and design for all forms of training (New Hire, Recurrent, Leadership, etc) utilizing the most effective delivery methods (Web Based Training, Micro Videos, Gamification, Practical application, user guides, PPT, etc) to meet the business needs.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Leveraged skill gap analysis for curriculum and instructional design for all training content. This includes new hire, recurrent training and Leadership Development.
  • Design detailed educational curriculum for use at Covid Clinic Locations
  • Responsible for curriculum and instructional design for all training content. This includes new hire, recurrent training and Leadership Development
  • Collects data using various types of methodologies and utilizes findings in developing strategies to improve all forms of training
  • ... Challenges assumptions about what is possible, by testing and developing better techniques, structures, concepts, and methods for achieving results. Implement the appropriate strategic processes.
  • Evaluates and implements tools for coordinating and managing all training courses
  • Create engaging training course content that stays within HIPAA and OSHA compliance
  • Set learning objectives for each course
  • Organize physical and digital resources for instructors and trainees
  • Provide guidelines on how to use training materials
  • Follow up with trainees and instructors and collect feedback
  • Research and recommend modern educational methods
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Possess leadership, motivational and inspirational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Google Drive, and other file-sharing utilities.
  • Excellent technical communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently, and to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Has the ability to identify areas for learning and takes ownership of improving and maintaining their knowledge about all products, procedures and tools
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional customer service skills

Education and Experience/Qualifications

  • 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must have own laptop/desktop
