We are looking for a talented Lead UI Designer to join our User Experience team of UX Designers and UI Designers. We are looking for someone who is an expert in visual design and enjoys creating the UI for complex B2B products.
This position is for a full-time, permanent contract with the possibility to work remotely in Italy.
Creating pixel perfect UI and visual designs for complex products
Collaborating with UX designers to propose the future experience of our products
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineers
Contributing to and evolving our Design System
Helping ensure designs meet accessibility standards
Communicating the rationale behind your design decisions
Collaborating with Engineers to ensure an efficient and high quality build
Staying on top of new ideas and best practice in UI design to keep improving the team’s work
Helping establish an inclusive... collaborative, and creative team culture
Visual design expertise with strong abilities in typography, colour, layout and hierarchy
8+ years experience in UI design
Experience designing the UI of complex products
Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers
Expertise with tools such as Figma or Sketch
Very good level of spoken and written English
Good understanding of UCD
Creating, using and improving a design system
Experience working as part of a team of UX and UI designers
Data visualisation, motion design, or iconography
Working as part of a team split across multiple locations
Working in Agile methodologies
Collaboration skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to see problems from different perspectives
The drive to keep trying different solutions for a problem until it is solved
A team player who cares about doing a great job, seeks out feedback and looks to improve
