Description:

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill a Strategist role on our Client Success Team. This role is on our Media & Entertainment Team, with a focus exclusively on film, television, and music. In this role, you will compile insights, reports and presentations that allow our clients to plan social campaigns, evaluate partnerships and make decisions... in real-time. Our team acts as an extension of each client’s internal team, supporting on any and all needs in the categories of social analytics and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and retain a portfolio of media & entertainment clients
• Own all strategic client deliverables - from campaign reporting to planning presentations
• Provide strategic digital marketing insights and recommendations
• Proactively assess and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
• Liaise with Account Management team on opportunities for account growth

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in social/digital marketing or analytics
• Experience with or a passion for the media & entertainment industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced understanding of digitally oriented marketing channels including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tumblr, Google Analytics, Omniture, Ad-Servers (ie DART), Pinterest, etc
