You're good at:
- Able to translate ideas into actionable solutions
- Comfort working with engineering teams to implement solutions
- Able to analyze insights and complex problems
- High comfort level with product development lifecycle - from research, through design inception, through implementation
- Designing enterprise-scale, cloud-based architectures that maximizing performance while minimizing costs
- Solving complex data-intensive solutions using the latest streaming, big-data technologies
- Using an API-First approach to create flexible, scalable solutions
- Full stack software development with experience in front-end web development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, React, Node.js) and back end API development (GoLang, Java, Python, SQL).
- Building APIs that provide data and information to 3rd-party consumers
- Leveraging cloud IaC and build tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes) to automate the build and deploy processes
- Utilization of CI/CD tools including Git, CloudBees CI, JFrog, LaunchDarkly, Docker
- Monitoring and logging system & environment health via New Relic, Splunk, VictorOps
- Implement DevSecOps pipeline tools to support automated static source code and dynamic product analysis.
- Analyzing data, developing insights, and simplifying solutions to complex problems.
- Working in a product development lifecycle - from research, through design inception, through implementation
- Designing enterprise-scale, cloud-based architectures that maximizing performance while minimizing costs
We need your help to:

- Working with customer support and user research to identify current user experience issues, and driving measurable improvements.
- Working a part of an agile software development team - you’re a creative thinker and skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Translating ideas into actionable, testable solutions, and working with engineering teams to define and implement those solutions.
- Releasing and supporting software systems to healthcare providers.
- Managing a product backlog (Epics, Features, User Stories) in support of a strategic Product Roadmap
- Engaging and communicating with both technical and non-technical folks
- All stages of the product development lifecycle - from research through design inception through implementation
Extra Credit for expertise in:
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
- Proficiency with search engine ontology based development
