We are seeking an exceptional talent sourcing... whizz to join our People team! This person will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging exceptional talent, and our next wave of Mavens. In this role you will work closely with our business leaders and teams to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to generate consistent, quality candidate flow with the goal of learning the ropes to what it takes to be a fabulous in-house talent acquisition partner.

• Develop effective strategies and channels for sourcing candidates. We’ll give you the vision, and the tools to engage folks. We also love to hear ideas, and make them reality - so you can stamp your mark on what you think we’re missing too… the bigger and bolder the idea, the better!
• Engage prospects, clearly communicating Maven’s vision, compelling leadership team, business groups and what makes Maven’s buzz in the work that we do everyday.
• Represent Maven’s brand and recruiting team internally and externally, demonstrating passion, energy, enthusiasm and love for finding the best people in the market.
• *We’re looking for you to bring:**
• Experience in talent sourcing, or even agency recruiting filling hard roles (we mean the most challenging searches where you thrive because you found the Unicorn!).
• Prior experience working at a recruiting agency, in-house at a tech company or start up. Maybe even an HR Generalist, but you love recruiting.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus and experience working to deadlines and targets - you can’t manage what you can’t measure - you love this philosophy.
