Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Lead Sourcer at The Medicus Firm, an M3 company.

• *The mission of the Lead Sourcer is to** source leads via TMF paid jobs boards in order to fill Sales pipeline.
• *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
• Maintains database integrity by merging duplicates, updating candidates and ensuring accuracy in all necessary information.
• Ability to meet weekly goal of ~150 leads sourced after 4-week intro period.
• Lead source through various TMF paid job boards (DocCafe, PhysicianJobBoard.com, etc.).
• Use various tools to upload or import a candidate profile i.e. resume parser or manual entry.
