Job Details

We’re looking for a recruiting superstar to manage recruitment. Reporting to the Head of People, the Sr. Technical Recruiter is responsible for generating new leads and supporting roles by utilizing existing software applications, databases, career websites, job boards and direct sourcing via other sources. This position is also responsible for the development, maintenance & analysis of applicant tracking system reports, creation of reports to assist with the monitoring of recruitment reports, dashboards & metrics & provider retention trends.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies which will maximize the creation of a broad proactive candidate pipeline
  • Utilize knowledge of recruiting resources to identify candidates and stay up-to-date on new searching methodologies for sourcing candidates, including social media
  • Research new career boards & advertising venues for job postings, develop job ads and implement the advertising plan including... direct mail, advertisements and conferences
  • Sources databases for CVs and provides options for new outreach efforts for hard to fill sites
  • Manage Lever (ATS)
  • reviewing inbound resumes, updating candidates status throughout the recruitment process, inputting candidates information

Requirements

  • Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of technical jargon and skill sets, as well as an understanding of how software is built and maintained
  • Strong expertise of candidate sourcing using a multitude of recruitment mediums
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
  • Cutting edge internet research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize data into a succinct report
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, prioritize and to handle multiple tasks
  • Team player interested in firm growth and willing to pitch in to benefit the broader team
  • Identify with our core values of choose growth over comfort, exhibit great judgment, learn fast
  • Experience with applicant tracking system and HR related database (Lever a plus)
  • Leverage LinkedIn recruiter and have creative "detective" skills to identify and target top candidates for open searches
  • Keep up-to-date on new searching methodologies for sourcing candidates, including social media
  • Research new career boards & advertising venues for job postings, develop job ads

Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a recruiter with a start up or technical industry or a similar environment; agency experience preferred
  • A proven track record in screening, interviewing, selecting and placing candidates, working closely with hiring managers. Must have metrics to demonstrate your success
  • Knowledge of the various types of recruiting techniques and media and the instances that each is most effectively employed
  • Expert skills in interviewing to quickly and accurately assess an individual's experience, range of knowledge, skills and level of competence
  • Understanding of recruitment/placement laws and practices
  • Bonus points if you come from a technical/engineering background!
