The successful candidate has the following:
A thorough understanding of instructional design and performance improvement
Proven analysis, design, development, and evaluation skills
Excellent consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity
The ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative ideas
Expertise working successfully with teams in a fast paced, energetic environment
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
