Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks a Design Studio Project Coordinator to provide support to our National Design Studio team. This will be based in our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

In this role, you will support the National Design Studio team to design and construct Design Studio buildouts, renovations, and resets. This position completes a variety of tasks related to the design and administration function, to ensure the department operates efficiently and professionally. Even though this role reports directly to the Manager of Design Studio Construction and Design, there is frequent interaction with local Design Studio teams, ensuring consistent and replicable execution of successful project completions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating a luxury customer environment through the design and construction of Toll Brothers Design Studios, adhering to Toll brand standards and specifications
  • Draft floor plans and interior design details as well as interior specifications
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to order displays, furniture, marketing items, etc.
  • Ensure statements of work, contracts, and invoices are created and processed in a timely manner
  • Track installation times to ensure the selections room is completed when open for sales
  • Assist local teams with the final Studio move in schedule and placement of element
  • 10% outside travel as needed

Qualifications

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Required:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, CAD)
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Must have attention to detail, be deadline-driven, and have the ability to collaborate with multiple departments
  • Preferred:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in Interior Design (residential or commercial)
  • Project management experience
  • Remote working is eligible with ability to travel to our Corporate office outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as needed
