As an early member of our CX team, you'll represent the Rootine brand and enable customers to leverage their personal health data - improving how they look, feel, and perform everyday... through tailored health solutions

This is a part-time remote position with potential to become full-time.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver customer service via email, livechat, text, and social media through our internal platform
  • Become an expert in Rootine’s internal order management system and properly transfer customers through each process. You are step 1 in the customer’s Rootine journey.
  • Be on the lookout for ways to improve each customer’s experience and share those ideas with your manager.
  • Communicate with your manager openly to report potential issues within our systems and/or product.

Requirements

  • Able to work 20+ hours per week, full time opportunity available
  • Experience working from home
  • Have reliable high-speed internet connection
