Job Details

The Client is seeking a Media Buyer/Planner to help execute on our Paid Syndication and other Media programs and contribute to the Client’s demand generation and revenue goals. This candidate will be content-minded and have the ability to learn the concepts of sales tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end support in the coordination of media campaigns, including Paid/Content
  • Syndication, Programmatic and Industry publications
  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships
  • End-to-end support in the coordination of media campaigns, including Paid/Content
  • Syndication, Programmatic and Industry publications
  • ... Collaborate with audience managers, subject matter experts, and other team members to assist in creating full-scope media campaigns that drive interest and ultimately revenue
  • Suggest and implement tactics to test, measure and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals
  • Provide reports and visibility for each campaign to track responses, opportunity creation, and influence
  • Provide support for our Paid Syndication program to complete IOs and Legal tickets where needed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Attention to detail, time management, organization skills
  • Excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize and analyze program effectiveness and
  • ROI
  • Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Must have a positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions Bachelor degree required
