We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to focus on designing and developing dynamic learning solutions to help solve business problems. Whether it's a video, eLearning, live class, job-aid, or something else, you will figure out and consult with the business to identify the best approach and make it happen by leveraging existing content or creating something brand new, all the while helping ensure our employees and clients are making use of the most innovative, up-to-date learning techniques, tools, and technologies.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelors’ degree required
3-5 years related work experience in instructional design
Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including e-learning, game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios
Experience in designing training for a remote workforce
Mastery of industry standard instructional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 Suite, Captivate), LMS and e-learning – a portfolio of past work may be requested
Working knowledge of WordPress
Strong project management and leadership skills to achieve design target timelines
Strong ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to ‘do the work’
Ability to record and edit own audio for e-learning
Mastery of Microsoft Office
Master’s in Adult learning or Instructional Design/Technology a plus
Adult learning certificate is a plus
