Job Details

Small start-up company in Michigan is seeking a US-based Contract Virtual Assistant to work remotely providing administrative support. This is a contract position with full-time work hours paid hourly with no benefits. Hourly pay rate is up to $15/hour based on experience. Candidates must have their own computer, telephone and reliable internet.

Duties will include:

  • Answer customer calls from two websites
  • Responds to customers emails
  • File lost and damaged claims with the UPS
  • Other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Out of the box thinker who can make decisions
  • At least 4 yrs experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Ability to work in the US for any employer without Visa sponsorship
