Small start-up company in Michigan is seeking a US-based Contract Virtual Assistant to work remotely providing administrative support. This is a contract position with full-time work hours paid hourly with no benefits. Hourly pay rate is up to $15/hour based on experience. Candidates must have their own computer, telephone and reliable internet.
Duties will include:
- Answer customer calls from two websites
- Responds to customers emails
- File lost and damaged claims with the UPS
- Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Out of the box thinker who can make decisions
- At least 4 yrs experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to work in the US for any employer without Visa sponsorship
