Lead Product Designer - Design Systems & Developer Platform

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our design systems and developer platform team. This is a unique opportunity to build engineering and design tools that will be used by teams across the globe building software for an underserved customer-base. You'll work closely with engineering to own the creation of a scalable library of components and patterns for a platform of native and web apps across Granular and Corteva; helping product... teams work faster to drive engagement and growth within their product spaces. • Establish a long-term vision for Corteva's Global Design System and Fabric Developer Platform
• Serve as an ambassador for design across Granular and Corteva to drive adoption of shared tools
• Lead user research and strategy on internal and customer-facing projects that help grow Corteva's platform capabilities

• You’ll partner directly with a driven and creative engineering team, plus work alongside product designers, engineers and product managers across the company
• Our product design team is passionate, experienced group who work together closely to create high-value experiences for farmers and their trusted advisors

• *Who You Are:**

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Experience leading complex design projects with multiple contributors and partners
• Ability to move seamlessly between defining strategy and delivering hands-on work
• Mastery of the product design process, including user research, interaction design and UI design and a strong understanding of front-end/UI technologies
• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• Loves to collaborate with other teams, often across multiple time zones
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• Familiarity with business / financial software tools a plus
• Familiarity with agriculture / farming practices a plus, but certainly not required
