About the role and about You:
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working closely with People Business Partners while developing project management capabilities within a growing organization. As a People Experience Specialist, you will get to work across the People function as well as a variety of leaders across the broader company.
What You’ll Do:
Provide operational and project management support for Zwift’s People team and Zwift’s Talent & Performance Center of Excellence
Your time will be spent supporting the PBP team on business-related objectives, and helping drive Talent and Performance Management processes that will be more project based.
Build and manage project plans to support the People Business Partner Team
Support the development of agendas, presentations, meeting deliverables and trainings
Coordination and administrative support for People team Business... Partners
Assist People Business Partner team and Talent & Performance team with data and reporting needs
Support People Business Partners from a Change Management and Communications perspective
Talent & Performance Management
Assist in the coordination and training of the Performance Management and Talent Planning processes
Conduct audits of performance plans and report findings to key stakeholders
Support the monitoring and movement of talent in alignment with Zwift’s talent planning process, ensuring proper implementation of the process with People Business Partners
Support other Talent and Performance Management initiatives as they develop
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or similar
3 + years experience in Project Management, Communications, or Human Resources
Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures
An interest in growing your career in Human Resources
You have obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills
You have strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Excel and reporting skills
Proven ability to work with confidential information - while exercising good judgment and decision making
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment - while being flexible and adaptable and demonstrating an ability to problem solve
Proficient in Google suite
Ability to effectively manage project work while balancing competing priorities
Bonus Points:
Experience with Workday
Experience in video gaming or health & fitness industries
Passion for cycling, running and/or fitness
Experienced Zwifter
