Summary
The Web Conversion Analyst is responsible for defining the market opportunities, marketing, & analysis/optimization of the organization's services and/or products which may include consumer & market insights, digital marketing, advertising, and analytics. He or she may be allocated to focus on a particular component of the marketing life cycle and or channel.
Role Details
- Helps to identify, analyze/execute new and potential product/services, markets, and advertising opportunities.
- Increase conversion rates and drive qualified inquiries.
- Improve customer's user experience and increase the conversion... to life change.
- Contribute to development and evolution of CRO strategy, identifying opportunities across the marketing website and product onboarding experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, and product to identify and prioritize conversion opportunities and work cross-functionally on execution of optimization efforts.
- Monitor and report on key metrics across different marketing channels, different buyer segments, and different parts of the customer journey.
- Manage intake of A/B and multivariate testing hypothesis from marketing and product stakeholders.
- Deliver results without biases across teams and business units for continuous feedback loop and utilize prior results to drive future initiatives. Update benchmarks and results to share with proper stakeholders.
- Proactively inform the marketing team on what's being tested, why, and expected results.
- Build experiments in Optimiz360 and manage the testing timeline and results communication
- Coordinate the implementation of winning experiments in the CMS with the web development team.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education
- 2 years' experience in marketing and site optimization, with emphasis on UI/UX Conversion Optimization.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate test results, insights and recommendations to internal teams.
- Ideal experience in HTML, CSS or JS.
- Working knowledge of web analytics and online testing applications such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize360, HotJar, DataStudio and Figma
- Experience with user feedback platforms such as UserTesting, Qualaroo, Loop11, Kampyle, etc.
- Experience with testing and optimizing responsive design for mobile sites and landing pages
- Experience in digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and KPI's
- Foundation in statistics with analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experience within education industry a plus
- Provides insights which facilitate the development of plans for partner promotion
- Executes against partner marketing plans to deliver results that exceed defined objectives
- Provides World Class Marketing Client Service Management by creating synergies with our internal teams & Academic Partners which empower us to exceed our objectives.
- Creates buy-in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment
