As the Community Manager at Bynder, you play a key role in the launch and ongoing management of our Customer Community. Once launched, you will drive meaningful engagement activities across our customer base, moderating content and conversations in our Community platform and other Community initiatives. You will also provide regular updates... on metrics including engagement to communicate the impact of the Community on our business objectives, and shape future projects. This position reports to the Senior Director of Customer Experience, and works closely with Customer Success, Customer Marketing, and Product teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define, implement, and execute Bynder's Community forum.
  • Assist in the selection of a Community management tool.
  • Work with the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Marketing teams to define success metrics for the Customer Community, ensure appropriate data infrastructure to track, and own ongoing reporting of those success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain adjacent programs to support the Customer Community and drive customer engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
  • Monitor and moderate customer feedback and questions in the forum, answering questions directly and leverage colleagues to best support our customers.
  • Ensure high-quality and relevant content within our Customer Community, driving engagement from customers and internal Bynder stakeholders.
  • Act as the eyes and ears for internal teams who rely on real-time customer feedback, compiling and sharing relevant customer feedback and insights with Product and other relevant teams to drive positive outcomes for customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Bynder customer experience, the Bynder products, and the mar-tech industry to create the most relevant and impactful experience for Bynder's Community members.
  • Develop governance plan, standards of conduct, and policies for creating and curating Community content.
  • Work cross-functionally to educate internal sales and customer success teams on the value of the Customer Community through regular communication about the impact and opportunities.
  • Program manage additional Community efforts such as customer networking program.
  • Support administration and delivery of Customer Roundtables and other events.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in creating and managing online Customer Communities.
  • Experience developing and delivering online Customer Community strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships at every level of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success and ability to organize, execute, and program manage against changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer threads simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Experience with analyzing and interpreting customer engagement data to influence stakeholder decision making.
  • Experience with Community software required.
