About The Role:
As a Senior Product Designer - ATLAS, you will be involved in every aspect of the product lifecycle of our flagship transportation management system used by our operations and finance teams to orchestrate the movement our customers freight . From proposing initial concepts you will ensuring we ship features at a high quality. You will contribute to all aspects of UI/UX design, including designing data and user flows, prototyping for responsive web, interaction design, and visual design. Working closely with product management, engineering and operations teams, you will also map and simplify complex workflows with automation . We are a full-lifecycle product design shop. You will own your product from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Lead the design of new features and updates from concept to release
Design user flows, wireframes and visual interfaces
Design automated experiences using AI and machine learning
Build prototypes for user testing
Interview, survey, and run usability tests with users.
Contribute to our Figma design system
Seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems
Work closely with front end developers and product managers
What You'll Need:
4+ years of experience with mobile and web design
Experience with upfront research (quant & qual) and synthesis
Good at solving complex problems & systems and clearly communicating your ideas
Strong systems thinking skills
A strong portfolio showcasing thought process, ux and ui
A user-centered approach to designing software
Experience with design tools, like Figma, Sketch
Experience with design systems built in Figma
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a fast growing startup
Experience with marketplaces
Experience with service design
Experience with protopie, proto.io, framer, front end coding or another hifi prototyping tool
