  • Complete Description General Description: This temporary position is responsible for planning, researching, editing, and writing complex internal and external technical documentation/specifications for new or existing products, presentations, manuals, and other materials to communicate technical data, business requirements, internal training curricula, and other technical information clearly and effectively to a wide range of internal and external audiences in support of all IT services.
  • Responsibilities also include developing and improving technical documentation standards and processes. This position will work with internal teams to create and technical document for Application, Data and Ancillary Systems Entity Relationships.
  • Our Customer is beginning the process of re-engineering, upgrading, and replacing existing Enterprise Systems off-of Legacy Applications and Data Repositories and onto a more Web Based current day technology stack. They would like... to build and update their Technology Portfolio Entity Relationship documentation and diagram assets of existing applications, data, and infrastructure while designing and architecting their new vision.
  • The right candidate must be comfortable building Entity Relationship documentation and diagrams including but not limited to Business and IT Process Flows, Application Portfolio, Data Repositories, Data Architecture, Flows and Models, Support Documentation, RPOs and RTOs, etc. Responsibilities: Meets with various technical and business project stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather the knowledge needed to create required internal and external technical documentation. Works closely with designated Developers, business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other business units/users to understand existing business processes and document them. Creates clear, concise, articulate, well-organized, high-quality, and graphically enhanced documentation in support of all IT processes, systems, applications, as required and directed by IT management. Drives the process and understands the scope of the project and the documents that need to be created. Performs audience and task analysis and creates documentation with specific user personas in mind. Creates manuals, on-line help, and other user-focused documentation from existing and yet to be developed systems and applications. Ensures standardization of all specification documentation prior to delivery to development team
