TOCA Football is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer who is ready to collaborate with our growing marketing team. The Freelance Graphic Designer will create high-impact deliverables for printed collateral, emails, organic and paid social, digital advertising, and more! The candidate will work our marketing department and should extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. They should also have experience designing for marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be able to create compelling designs within a variety of design styles and brand guides for our various product lines. The... candidate must be highly receptive to feedback, creative direction and demonstrate the ability to pivot quickly to meet the demands of internal stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Create and design various materials for print and digital including flyers, brochures, promotional items, social media graphics, creative for paid digital advertising, and emails
- Ability to develop consistent, high quality designs in absence of comprehensive brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Work quickly when needed and switch gears with ease
- Perform image and content manipulation as needed
- Keep up with industry trends and developments
- Ability to meet deadlines with quick turnaround
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years working experience in graphic design, marketing, art direction, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- A portfolio showcasing design pieces that demonstrate experience designing effective marketing materials
- Excellent design/layout skills using industry standard graphics software applications such as Adobe creative suite including but not limited to Photoshop & InDesign
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Notion
- Must be a highly organized self-starter, with a flexible mindset and a can-do attitude
- Great communication skills
- Ability to act upon critique and design feedback
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Interest in soccer, and experience in soccer or sports category a plus
